Thank you for your interest in studying privately with me. All private yoga lessons are customized, focused hours in which we can design a safe home practice for you, one that you can use on your own.
SERVICES & INFORMATION
Consultation about needs (nutrition, structural, mentoring).
Meditation instruction/practice. No prior experience required.
Private yoga lessons doesn’t have to be one one one. You can share a lesson with your friends, spouse, or family. Each extra person is an additional $25.
Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance will count as a lesson used.
Additional travel fee for lessons at your home or office.
Corporate Wellness Programs also available.
